I have been in the Hair Industry for more then 25 years. My interests in hair started at a very early age. In high school I had the opportunity to take Haircare as one of my technical subjects and thus had completed my Module 1 to 3 which consist of theoretical and practical exams. After completed high school I went on to study further to complete Module 3 to 6, after which I written my final theoretical exam. I also had to complete a 2 year practical internship after which I had to complete a full particle exam to achieve my SETA Certification Diploma as a Professional Hairstylist. I have further my knowledge by attending various courses from well know places like Wella, Schwartzkopff, Revlon, Dark & Lovely just to name a few.

After my studies I started my Career with an 2 year apprenticeship in Brackenfell after which I qualified at SETA as a Professional Hairstylist. I then moved on to work for an international hair studio company for 2 years in Canal Walk at Century City gaining valuable experience. I then went on to work for Gerhards Hair Salon in Tygervalley for 19 years after which I decided that I have to now open up my own. This has been a long dream of mine to open my own personal Salon which will cater for the smaller niche market.
