8. Delivery Policy
- Delivery available within South Africa
- Standard delivery time: approx. 7 working days
- Fees and ETA are shown at checkout
- We’re not liable for courier delays or wrong addresses entered by users
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns Accepted If:
- Within 7 days of receipt
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- You email hello@thecavemancut.co.za
- You cover return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Certain personal care items
Refund Process:
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processed within 7–14 business days after inspection
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our error)
10. Promotions & Discounts
- Promo codes have individual terms and expiry
- They may not apply to shipping unless stated
- Only one promo code may be used unless otherwise allowed
